We are located at 2310 W Main Street, 23220 in the city of Richmond. Aikido is an inclusive martial art and all are welcome. In contrast to defense methods that require size and strength in addition to destructive behavior to practice self defense, Aikido recognizes the energy of an attack becomes the momentum for a resolution. Normative power dynamics are disrupted by aikidos use of blending and redirection without relying on harm and opposition. Contact us for more information.
